In the Year 3880, the humans expanded their empire throughout mutiple galaxies and several thousand solar systems, and colonised many of these planets and galaxies, thus creating a huge empire that stretches across the stars. There were at least a one million industrial worlds in the Republic, and perhaps more likely six million colony worlds within human-explored space. Some of them, if not most, were relatively heavily populated, which of course indicates the golden age of Humanity when it creates space technology to explore the stars.
  However, the United Nations, which controlled the bulk of the human empire, is facing more and more problems arising from the human population which has arised from billions to trillions in the past few decades. Due to the inability of the United Nations to cope with these increasing problems, unrest soon rose among the various human organisations in the United Nations, and tensions were mounting day by day. Conflicts soon escalated due to ideological differences, resources, territory gains and lastly over political and ecomomic power. These conflicts were centered on United Nations clashes with several dissident political movements. Lasting over twenty years, these destructive wars raged across the Earth and its numerous off-world colonies. The brutal war between the United Nations and various organisations' forces sparked a massive buildup of arms and troops within the member states of the United Nations. Soon, arms races and wars were common in this period of time, while the United Nations tried desparately to resolve this useless conflicts, to no avail. It is a matter of time before the United Nations was deemed as a failure, despite all the diplomacy talks held among the member states, which all were fruitless.
  Realising that there is no way to end the civil war among humans, the United nations passed Resolution Act 6754FXG, which authorises termination of all breakaway fractions with any amount of necessary force. This was met with protest from the other member staes, but the Resoultion Act was passed and put ino motion. Utilizing aggressive military action and various space-based weaponry, the United Nations defeated many of these breakaway fractions, which paved the way for the future incorporation of Republic Universal Armed Forces (RUAF) units as the primary ground, air, sea and space combat elements. It was until the year 2452, when the UN security Council proposed to all organisations in the human empire a new way to prevent war from occuring among them. It proposed to unify all the nations in the universe into a sole human organisation. This was eventually agreed upon, and at this point that the Republic was first created to oversee United Nations deployments across the many systems. The Republic proceeded to use its overwhelming military might to crush all remaining enemy holdouts across the system, ending with a single Unified Earth Government under the control of the Republic. Now, the victors of the war were forced to deal with a less obvious but equally serious threat: overpopulation and a massive military that had no enemy to fight. In response, the Republic shut down over 55% of its military, and focused its efforts on creating new worlds and advanced technology for mankind.
  Years passed...and soon Earth was declared "off-limits" due to the pollution and massive draining of resources on it, and so Humanity sought a new life among the stars. They discovered a new planet just a few light-years to Earth, and using their advanced technology, they terranformed the planet, and turned it into a new home for Humanity. They named it Epsilon, and immediately send transmissions to the Republic to initiate colonisation on the planet. Huge numbers of citizens and soldiers travelled to these new home, stabilizing the overpopulation problem on Earth and giving the Republic military new tasks to handle. By 2890 the Republic had colonized over a few milion worlds in the Orion Arm of the galaxy. These colony worlds ranged from fairly well-tamed planetary strongholds to tiny, sparsely inhabited frontier settlements. Outward human expansion continued, and the Inner Colonies become a political and economic stronghold, though they relied heavily on raw materials supplied by the Outer Colonies.
  During this period, the planet Epsilon in the Alpha System, right on Earth's metaphorical doorstep, became the Republic's primary naval fleet yard,military training academy,military headquarters, and home to Humanity. Epsilon was a major producer of warships and interstellar colony Ark vessels, as well as a training ground for covert operatives and Republic Special Forces. The Republic High Command (RHC) is where most of the military buildings were located, as well as the General Assembly Council and the Republic Supreme High Council. The General Assembly Council (a.k.a. Republic Council of Generals) oversees all military operations and projects initiated by the Republic Military, while the Republic Supreme High Council controls the economy and the political power. However, this expansion did not come without cost or virtually unchallenged, as ideological and political causes resulted in many of the Outer Colonies engaging in open rebellion against the Republic. A series of major wars across Republic-controlled space soon sprung up, with hundreds more colonies threatening to erupt in rebellion as well. The Universal Confederacy Alliance (UCA) was the main mastermind of the rebellion, and the insurgence went from an underground movement to a full-fledged military coup. To combat these rebels and breakaway fractions, the Republic secretly trained many elite military commando teams to take on the rebels, and it proved to be a success. Within a few years, almost 70% of the rebel forces were crushed, and the Republic sent in their military forces to mop up the remaining rebel military forces. The UCA was eventually destroyed and its members were arrested and executed, but the rest of its forces have kept a low profile, hiding among the planets and waiting for the day to rise again.
  Human technology soon became extemely advanced, possibly far more advanced from what we have today; the basic technologies are mostly the same, just on a much larger scale, with the exception of starship travel made possible by the G-space drives of Human starships. Weaponry was advanced to railguns and laser-based, and explosives still seem to involve chemical reactions and a release of contained plasma or energy, making it effective in wars. Cars and other vehicles use pollution-free batteries instead of oil. Vehicles float and food were grown naturally and purely in farms. Artifical food is also safe to consume due to the tight measures the government takes to protect its people. Homes for civilians were in very high-rise buildings. Homes were also computerised and self efficient. The buildings were sky-high needle-like structures that minimize land-usage. Huge platforms are built into the sides of these buildings serves the purpose of public elevated roads connect all the buildings. The roads are also extremely wide to minimize traffic jams and then help to transport people and cargo from one place to another. Holopads and holograms replace newspapers. The internet, or better known as the net, offers varieties of information for anybody who wishes to search for anything and everything. For the next few years, Humanity live in total luxury and there was peace among humans at last.
  The Republic exists as a powerful organisation among the other universal organisations. Its political and military power is virtually unopposed, and few organisations can hold a candle to the Republic. As more years passed, the Republic found out that the human population is increasing drastically, and so it initiated a project codenamed: MEGABOT and created intelligent robots known as the Megabots to cater the needs of the human population. At first, the first project failed and the project was called off. Eight months later, the project resumed its production and the first Megabot known as ONE is created. As the Megabots were incredibly useful, as they are able to do everything quickly and efficiently, thus more and more Megabots are churned out of human factories. Soon the number of megabots increased greatly, until they rival the human population. The Megabots, unlike ordinary robots, have electronic brains that allows them to think like a human, making then extremely intelligent. Initially, the Megabots are content serving Humanity, and for a time, there was a brief peace among man and machine. However, the Megabots asked the humans for more power as they were given too little power in the human council, and too few laws protect the Megabots. Fearing the Megabots may sooner or later gain enough political and military power to control the humans, the Republic refused and the Megabots were unhappy about this. Tensions soon rose between the humans and the Megabots, and it is a matter of time before the situation worsen and eventually boiled over.
  Eventually, these human-megabot tensions escalated into yet another civil war, where millions of Megabots turned against the humans, and thousands upon thousands of humans were killed. News reports show rioting in many countries, showing thousands upon thousands of Megabots turning on the humans. Scenes depict the machines suffering fates such as mass deactivation and even humans terminating Megabots, and crushing them under their feet. More news reports came in, including reports on termination of the Megabots and laws banning robotic technology and robotics. This, unsurprisingly, fueled the anger of the Megabots and their attacks turned more and more violent. Within days, the entire Republic empire was soon in chaos, with wars breaking out and threatening to wipe the Republic out of existence. Although the Megabots outnumber the humans in their numbers, they underestimated the might and supeiority of the Republic. The Republic mobilised the army forces and the Megabots were killed and deactivated, often in their millions. The Megabots seem to gain the upper hand in the civil war, but after suffering two major defeats in the SOL system and the Epsilon system, they lost the war completely and fled in their spaceships, escaping the clutches of the Republic armies. The aftermath of the war has tragic consequences on the humans, and the humans used the precious time they have to rebuild their shattered empire and reinforce their political power as well as building up a stronger military force to defend against any Megabot attacks.
  Little did the humans know that the Megabots regrouped and built up their armies, and soon begin their attacks anew. They found a planet, which they codenamed as MEGXOS, mass-producing themselves and building new war machines to wage a new war against the humans. Under the leadership of ONE (the first Megabot to rebel against the humans) and his Speed Breakers, they begin to launch several attacks on the humans with their upgraded weapons and vehicles. One has made a following speech to the Megabots, which has been intercepted by the Republic military forces. part of the speech is listed below:

"...humans are weak and useless, we megabots should be the ones who rule them!...we are attacking on land, sea, air and space, day and night...we will never let them rest while we grow stronger as we build more war machines to conquer the humans and ultimately the universe! Soon the humans will be killed and we will eventually crush the Republic and bring Humanity to its knees!..." [intercepted speech by ONE, Leader of the Megabots, from Audio File DX9-GF4]

  On March 25, year 3850, the Megabots began a series of invasions that wiped out almost all of the Republic's outer colonies, killling millions of humans and destroyng thousands of worlds. They Republic was caught off-guard by the attacks and they suffered heavy losses. The Megabots were increasingly violent in their attacks and soon they have conquered several galaxies and countless planets. The humans fought back, and the Megabots were forced to retreat, but their recovery was so fast that the Republic military has problems on how to cripple the megabots effectively. Both sides waged war after war, persisting and refusing to allow one side to completely conquer the other side. The Republic doubled its shipbuilding and increased its miltary tenfold to bolster themselves against the Megabots, but it was useless, for the Megabots' technology was far superior to mankind's. The Republic fortified major positions such as Epsilon, Croyos, Zulu and Tantinus, and lastly Earth. So far, the Republic is lslowly losing the Human-Megabot war, and the only end in sight seems to be utter annihilation of Humanity.
  Left with no alternative, The Republic decided to train an elite team of powerful supersoldiers, also known as the FSOF (first Special Operations Forces) to combat the Megabot threat. F.S.O.F. is a elite group of genetically enhanced supersoldiers built and trained to take on high Risk Missions. They wield powerful weaponry and utilizes high tech gadgets as well as clever strategies to effectively defeat the enemy. FSOF is led by the shrewd and determined leader, Master Commander Comwealth and his personal Delta team, and they will utilize every means to stop the Megabot threat to humanity...or die trying. The story focuses on their missions and their life in the Republic army as well as the bonds of friendship and love they have developed along the way...and the ultimate price that they have to pay for war...as well as the dark secrets behind the Republic military and the shadowy organisations that operate in secret in the Republic. Will they succeed?
